BaldMan Group started in the Year 2009 originating from the passion for food and hospitality of Michele Carpanelli “Executive Chef” and is a company engaged in the restaurant business that combines international southern European cuisine with a very casual and hip concept, totally original and affordable to anyone that likes the laid-back feeling of Italian Cuisine.​

A vibrant selection of foods and drinks, elaborated to meet Jakarta and Indonesian market and expectations, is ready to tingle Indonesians’ and expats' taste buds in a relaxed and fun atmosphere at our venue.

Our Executive Chef, Michele came from Bologna Italy, with his 25 years of experience has travelled and worked across many countries as well he is patron to two well-established restaurants in Italy and for the last 10 years worked with BaldMan Group In Indonesia.​ From the age of 14, Chef Michele studied at Culinary Academy IAL in Ravenna, Italy. He is also a member of the Italian Chefs Federation (FIC) as well the CIM, world federation of Italian Chefs, and since then has continued to upgrade his skills and experience around the world in many international venues around Europe, Africa and Asia. It also helps that he is fluent in: Bahasa Indonesia, English, Spanish, Portuguese and of course, Italian.​

Our originality is the basic core concept to motivate us in serving fresh, healthy and full of flavour diversity of foods as well to let our Chef Michele present a range of specials that are new to the Indonesian market.​
